Customer satisfaction as a measure of our behaviour

The quality standard of our services rendered is a decisive measure for the satisfaction of our customers and in the safety of our roof and PV technology. Each failure can lead to a “worst-case-situation” with the consequence of enormous costs.

The link to a better usage of the quality potential is a permanent own and external supervision system. By the independent and complete external supervision system, starting with the contract examination up to the construction, a considerable contribution of the quality improvement can be done.

Our quality safeguarding processes are subdivided into three main emphases::

1. Before the beginning of the assembly

The most important factors are the quality of all materials used and the technical quality of the realization of the planning conception.
Furthermore early functional obsolescence appearances can come up, caused by amplified environmental influences.
Every component/material is subject to a specific ageing process in dependence of these factors.

Altogether, it is authoritative that the roof may have the same ageing behavior as the components of a PV plant, which must be set with a utilization time from 20 years.

Only by a competent aptitude test of the roof cover/roof sealing and possibly a renewal of these at the time of building the PV plant you ensure that the maintenance need of roof and PV plant can be kept low.
