PV+ SAFETY ROOF
The most
important fact is the quality of all materials used and the technical quality
of the realization of the planning conception. Furthermore early functional
obsolescence appearances may occur by amplified environmental influences.
Every component
/ material is subject to a specific ageing process in dependence of these
factors. However, in general it is valid that the roof may have the same ageing
behaviour as the components of a PV plant, which has to be planned with a
service time of twenty years.
Only by
a competent aptitude test of the roof cover and possibly a renewal of this
at the time of building the PV plant it is ensured that the maintenance need
of the roof and the plant can be kept in a constant mean expenditure.
